AI Editor RSP uses credits for AI image generation. This Refund Policy explains the refund rules for paid monthly plans and for failed or blocked generation attempts.
New users receive 3 free credits total as a one-time trial grant. Free credits have no cash value, are not transferable, and are not refundable. If a paid plan is later refunded, any unused free signup credits remain on the account; the refund only revokes paid-plan credits and paid subscription access.
Paid plans grant a fixed number of credits for each billing period after payment confirmation. Current plan copy describes Starter, Creator, and Studio monthly credit plans. Paid credits are intended for the current billing period and do not roll over unless the plan page says otherwise.
You can cancel directly from Account → Billing → Cancel future renewal or from the billing portal opened by the Manage billing button. Cancellation means the next automatic renewal stops; it is not a refund request, and current-period access/credits follow the active plan rules.
Payments, taxes, invoices, refunds, and chargebacks are processed through Stripe. Refund timing, supported countries, tax treatment, payment-method availability, and chargeback handling depend on Stripe's current terms and the applicable payment network.
The primary refund path is inside your account: Account → Billing → Request refund review. Use this when you want a recent payment reviewed for refund eligibility. We check the 7-day refund window and the 20% paid-credit usage limit, then hold paid credits and cancel future renewal when possible while the review is pending. Your account shows the refund as under review until the refund is confirmed, then completed after confirmation.
If the account button is unavailable, contact support@aieditorrspediting.org from the email associated with your account. Do not send card numbers, passwords, API keys, or sensitive identity documents by email.
