Manage billing from your account. Use Cancel future renewal when you only want to stop the next automatic charge. Use Request refund review when you want us to review a refund for a recent payment; eligible refund requests also stop future renewal while the review is pending.
Cancel future renewal = stop auto-renew onlyYour current paid period stays active. This does not start a refund review or remove paid credits by itself.
Request refund review = money-back reviewAvailable only within 7 days and when paid-credit usage is 20% or less. Paid credits are held during review, and future renewal is canceled when possible.

Refund review
- Click Request refund review only when you want a recent payment reviewed for refund eligibility.
- We check the 7-day refund window and the 20% paid-credit usage limit.
- Paid credits are held during review, and future renewal is canceled when possible.
- Once the refund is confirmed, paid-plan credits are removed from the account.
